some say this song is overrated, some say underrated..... I say it's perfect.

This song reminds me of my cat (rip) and Pump Up the Volume (Scarborough is totally the principal in that movie. Yes I realize this song is not in that movie.)
Sometimes the time and the place in your life and the song are just right. Sometimes it's more than once.
Haven't heard this in at least a decade. How did I ever forget it existed?
