While I've been trying to assess my feelings about Barnett and her 2015 debut album (Sometimes I Sit And Think, And Sometimes I Just Sit), this scorching slow blues crept inside my head and refuses to leave.   3

Mike Powell of Pitchfork awarded the album a 'Best New Music' accolade, saying that "Barnett has nothing to prove and she's proving it". Wonderful stuff.   8
