The best thing about this song is that the first 3 minutes are heartbreakingly sad, understated and full of restrained, profound emotion. And then the last minute is the band saying"screw this" and they just start getting into it, as though they can't help themselves.

The late David Ackles was a good companion to me over the "difficult" late teens and early twenties! His musical influences such as choral and vaudeville came together with his sometimes desolate lyrics and piano based songs. Calling @fsohail @bookstatus hope you enjoy.   36
