Is rather be high By David Bowie
One of the songs off of David Bowie's new album "Next." This song pays homage to the feelings young men and women hold about the fears of war and what it may hold for them. The "Venetian Mix" of this song is particularly good, and that is the version portrayed in this video.
The new Bowie album is genuinely great! Here's one of the tracks I really like.

Probably my favourite new song of 2013, off what is definitely my album of the year. Was so pleased Bowie surprised us with The Next Day.
