#isawthemlive It was one of those full-album anniversary gigs. Their debut Work Lovelife Miscellaneous was having its big birthday bash at the 100 Club, and @lauramcgeachin and I were in town visiting friends. The gig turned out to be an absolute triumph, with both the band and the audience fully invested in the little island of nonsense they had built between them. You haven't lived until you've heard a crowd of beered-up Londoners chanting 'Aunty Mabel'.
