This is the song (and video) that made Department of Eagles one of my favorite bands of all time.
This has been a persistent ear-worm of late. Another one from a 4AD sampler CD.

A tragically beautiful video...even if you don't care for the music, watch it for the visuals; I'm keen on both the song and the video.
