Just watched Julien Temple's stunning documentary 'Requiem for Detroit? '. Amazing how a city can fall so rapidly. Hastings Street was the hub of motor city's jazz scene back in the day and this song paints a vivid picture of life in the bars and clubs that were the pre Motown musical heart of Detroit.
