This is from the Dr. Octagon Instrumentalyst album that came out in 1996. The dialogue that is going on is from the killer Edmund Kemper. I am one of those people who love the serial killer story and his is a total creepshow. It makes the song feel very deviant and dark. This whole album deserves a good listen.
