Another early album purchase was Planet Earth by Duran Duran. I think this was bought mainly for the title track (even back then was a geek, so if your song had mild sci-fi references I was in). I know by the time Rio came out I thought Duran Duran were naff, so this was the only purchase of theirs by me..
