In the 41st century Barbarella is sent to find scientist Durand Durand who has some kind of death ray that could end all of humanity. So they pick this name instead of another perfectly good character in the movie called Dildano??? Movie trailer below.

#80sinApril. White linen jackets, check. Pastel colored headbands, check. Sunglasses with side guards, check. These guys are about as 80s as you get. Loved this album as a kid. This song was number 17 on the Billboard Top 100 for 1983
