I've just got back to London and all this bloody rain . . . I was gonna do another American themed jam - but it's Elvis Costello's 60th birthday, this is from the brilliant 'King Of America' album - (see what I did there) . . . I was a fine idea at the time, now I'm a brilliant mistake!
