This is a slow-burner. As Peel used to say, it fades in slowly. Give it a minute and it'll reward you. Flying Saucer Attack are a fascinating band, really a lost gem of the 90s shoegazing scene. More drenched in feedback than most but with a harder edge balanced by a gentleness in the vocals. Beautiful stuff.
