This is the 9th in a 10 week series of the Top 10 Vocalists of the 20th Century. These are my choices. So many greats not on the list, and no intent to exclude any. "The Lady Is a Tramp" is a show tune from the 1937 Rodgers and Hart musical Babes in Arms in which it was introduced by former child star Mitzi Green. This song is a spoof of New York high society and its strict etiquette (the first line of the verse is "I get too hungry for dinner at eight..."). It has become a popular standard. And Frank does it so well. The artists are in no particular order. Just in my personal Top 10. There will be 5 male & 5 female. We shall see who of the 10 gets the most views/likes. Enjoy !! #FrankSinatra   13
