Christmas wouldn't be Christmas without Freiheit. (Can't tell if the video's NSFW because I hid the tab.)
Here is an appropriate lyrical resolution to live by at the start of the new year from a German band Freiheit which was a hit for them in 1988. For years I had mistaken the song as an ELO track.It gains a good deal of air play at this time of the year, enjoy.
