Not a Japanese duo but actually a gang of krautpopping Brightonians! This chirpy MOTORIK groove (which almost pinches the chorus from Kokomo) appears to be about ice cream, but becomes intensely sad by name-checking Lena Zavaroni. Still, any band that mentions Lena Zavaroni and Emeric Pressburger in the same song must be doing something right......
i discovered the instrumental version via the javelin station on raditaz. this version will have to suffice.
