Finally gave in to the Netflix recommendation engine and watched The History Of Future Folk. It was fun!

general trius is sent to earth to destroy it so the folks from planet hondo can take over earth because planet hondo is going to be destroyed by an astroid... the general hears music and has a change of heart settling down into family life with a pretty wife and cute daughter...kevin is sent to earth to assassinate general trius but then he too hears music and can't carry through so now together they must save earth and the planet hondo...this is surprisingly good with an imdb.com rating of 7.6/10
