Love the Tilda Swinton-y actor. And of course, the song. First time I heard it, the vocals unsettled me. I'm used to pairing this techno sound with a hard, lapidary voice, or sexy purrs. This is more like a hermit you come across in the woods, telling you a story that threatens to break into religious chanting any moment. Actually, Samuel T. Herring's voice and phrasing with this backdrop of sound reminds me of a bit of David Byrne and Talking Heads. Maybe it's not all that unusual. Huh.
