Only just realised that this is Del tha Funky Homosapien. Now I feel silly. But happy!
"Going toe to toe with an enchantress..." Since catching Deltron 3030 live last week the Gorillaz first record has been getting some love at our pad, it's surprising how off-kilter so many of the samples are, a dischordant record for the most. This track less so, but it's a massive earworm, those horns!
The recorder use in this song really speaks to me.
"I wanna get down lower than Atlantis Going toe to toe with an enchantress" just sayin...
