Letting Me Out by Grant Hart

“H is for Hart, Grant. Once a member of Hüsker Dü and later Nova Mob, Hart began making solo albums as early as 1988. It was his most recent album, The Argument, which landed on my Top Ten Best of 2013. The Argument was a concept album based on John Milton’s epic poem Paradise Lost published in 1667 which dealt with the Biblical story of the fall of man, more commonly known as Adam and Eve and the Garden of Eden. This track concerns Lucifer striking a bargain with Sin and Death. Lucifer will be granted the key that opens the gates of Hell in exchange for Sin and Death’s favorite treat: the human soul.”

A Paradise-Lost-themed double concept album? Yes please! This song contains some of the most toe-tapping Satanic blandishments I've heard in some time...   7

Catchy new Grant Hart. I loved Intolerance and some of Nova Mob. Hope this"double album based on John Milton's epic Paradise Lost" is as good as this track.
