RIP Nick Talbot. I loved your music.
I'm shocked by the sudden death of Nik Talbot of Gravenhurst. His music helped me a lot during the dark hours around my fathers death, now two years ago.
I'm enjoying their new album, but this is still my favourite.
Nick Talbot was due to play Leeds last night, one of the finest contemporary songwriters you're unlikely to have heard. A Nick Drake for the 21st century. Taken by epilepsy at 37. You should seek out his albums now...
