Bo12: I think I've hit on it. As a musician, I think Jack White is extraordinary. But when I watch him, in this performance as well as all the others I have seen, in all the permutations of bands he has formed, I see this kind of deranged persona that he projects in his vocals. Deranged weirdo doesn't play that well. Really
I don't care about the charts, but it is nice to see someone with actual talent take over for a little while.
