Moving On by James

“When I first heard this track I was like "Is this James? How are they still a thing?" and apart from a pretty catchy trumpet line, thought it was really quite crap. As the week went on, I've warmed to it, considering it something of a guilty pleasure - and that trumpet line won't leave my head. To put a downer on it, this happened to be playing on the radio, Tuesday morning, while I was en route to see my gran in the hospice, when I got the news she'd passed away. Funny now, looking at the lyrics, as clichéd as they are, how fitting they are. Odd how something you initially mocked will now be something that reminds you of something incredibly personal.”

Maybe I'm getting old or something, but I felt genuinely moved by this video. How about you?
