In a few years, there will be a segment of the population that won't have a clue what an "operator" is. Or what pay phones are. Or that, at one time, they cost a dime. So to help them understand, I present Jim Croce's "Operator". That's right. Jim f'ing Croce. The man could make you laugh one moment, then make you feel the depths of his despair in the next. Now that's what I call song writing! #SweetDespair!
You cannot live life if you don't have Croce on your iPod. This song got me through a messy time in my life.
