I saw King Creosote & his band play the soundtrack of Virginia Heath’s documentary "From Scotland With Love" at the Barbican last weekend His songs over the black and white footage from the Scottish archives was a truly beautiful experience : )   20

I find lyrics which talk about great courage in pursuit of modest aims uncannily affecting. This is a beautiful song - worth listening the whole way through. (The song itself starts at 00:35.)   1
