Following on from Hilary Mantel's knob joke...KT Tunstall explains how she brightens up singing her own songs regularly by finding rude words in them...then sings the gorgeous Yellow Flower
The jokey intro leads into one of her most beautiful songs; from the ridiculous to the sublime Could I be a boat for you a while? Could I stay afloat for you and sail in your smile? Could I be a boat for you And ever gain this weight for you Could I be a boat for you a while?
Last year's "Invisible Empire//Crescent Moon" should have been KT's biggest hit LP but, as there is no justice in the world, it wasn't. This was the stand out track IMHO.
