I discovered Lambchop in 2000, just as they had released Nixon. By the time they released their next album, Is A Woman, in 2002, I had their back catalog and they had become my favorite band. It is difficult to assess their importance to me because I found them at such a peculiar time in my life and I’d either overstate their importance or drastically undercut it. Is A Woman remains my favorite Lambchop album and this song, this was the song that spoke the loudest to me. (I'm uncertain if this video is legit, I can't imagine it is since it seems so literal, but it was either this or the Sandra Bullock video.)
