Where is this band! 1 of my fav debuts of 2008! So underrated!

LOTP's drummer Ross Dawson passed away recently, aged 27. In tributes, everyone said he was an incredibly nice guy. Fantasy Black Channel is probably my favourite album and the only one they ever made. So I'm still feeling pretty sad about this. Such energy and innovation.

Last week of jams :( will be jamming my Top 5 songs of all time, one a day. #5 Late of the Pier were such an exciting band and their debut was amazing. It's such a shame they only had one album and it's sad that they will probably not reform after the untimely death of their drummer. I was absolutely mesmerised the first time I heard this song and it never fails to excite me, ESPECIALLY THAT ENDING #EndJams #FinalJams

BLAM! This is my Jam. "I wanna be your frie-e-e-e-e-e-e-end oh yeah!" Fuck me, had forgotten how much Iove this tune. Have gone from bed to epic rock out 3 mornings in a row to this tune. I think that has to qualify it well and truly as my jam.
