What's that saying? "A change is as good as a rest?" Well, this Icelandic band are definitely some of the above.
I'm not a huge fan of EDM but "Legend" are more of a nod towards bands like Depeche Mode or even some of the other electro-pop bands of the 80's and 90's. THere's also a bit of an industrial-rock edge to them mixed with some fine pop sensibilities.
So many things to like about this. The Axl Rose leather jacket look. Performing in a hostel (the mix they got for this live track is excellent). The songs infectious (and very catchy) hook. The drummer (what a gig if you can get it...). It sounds brilliant on headphones when I'm out walking my dog...and on and on.
Iceland Rocks! Give Legend a listen, you'll definitely enjoy.

Rather awesome news today that LEGEND have been added to the Infest bill for this year. Wanted to see them for a while!
Day three of the #Infest countdown - Icelandic band LEGEND are one of the bands I'm most looking forward to seeing at the festival. Top three in the amodelofcontrol.com albums of 2012 (http://amodelofcontrol.com/?q=content/2012-review-best-albums - I'd only got it the week before I completed the list - it's that good), and with good reason. Sweeping gothic-tinged synthpop/electro is probably the best way to describe them. Either way, don't miss them.
Still not remotely bored of this album. In fact, I can't stop listening to it.
