"Somewhere there's music / How faint the tune" — beautiful multitrack recording
In honor of NASA’s Ebb and Flow, “How High The Moon” by Les Paul & Mary Ford is my new jam.
Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic... who cares, this is magic by anyway

Taking a class on Coursera called "History of Rock", and this little ditty was featured.
"How High the Moon" is a jazz standard with lyrics by Nancy Hamilton and music by Morgan Lewis. It was first featured in the 1940 Broadway revue Two for the Show, where it was sung by Alfred Drake and Frances Comstock. The earliest recorded hit version was by Benny Goodman & His Orchestra. It was recorded on February 7, 1940. The best-known recording of the song is by Les Paul and Mary Ford, made on January 4, 1951.

I love the Emmy Lou Harris version but also love Les Paul on this 1951 take.
