I found this on the internet a little while back, and it's been steadily on rotation ever since. Peruvian Cumbia is essentially psychedelic cumbia. It's a fusion of psychedelic rock, surf rock and cumbia, all wrapped up in a mix of Peruvian flavor. From the 60s. Fun stuff.
