Discovered these via a friend in 1999 with their LP Secret Name. Saw them 3 times and each was an absolute delight. Otherworldly yet grounded band you all need to hear. Never looked back. This is one of my faves. 'Shiny from the inside out'

Now that I have a son I don't think I'll be able to hear this song without it making a wreck of me.

My little girl will be leaving primary school soon - she is lovely and all will be well but I am reminded of this. Adding for future reference - Having a few wobbles as we go forwards and can't stop myself from looking back. Yet, this stage now is one I want to bottle the most (probably say that at every stage). In fact, I might add this thought to my jam intro so that when I look at it in a years time I can laugh at myself :)
