Dni, których nie znamy by Marek Grechuta

“Marek Grechuta was a Polish singer, poet, composer, and also a painter born in 1945. He was trained as an architect. He is considered the greatest sung poetry's Polish artist. Apart from that he drew from rock, jazz-rock and progressive rock. He was learning to play the piano from the young age. During his technical university years he met Jan Kanty Pawluśkiewicz and they started a cabaret which was soon transformed into a band that accompanied Grechuta during his concerts. Grechuta's scenic debut was in 1967. He received a lot of awards, one after another eg. the first price at a Polish Song Festival. He got involved in plenty of projects that concerned poetry, cabaret, and, of course, music. Grechuta recorded 13 studio albums and 8 live ones. He died of cancer in 2006 and was buried in Cracow.
