My all time favorite song by one of the strangest bands ever. The Meat Puppets made waves in the early 1990s for their song "Backwater" and the fact that Kurt Cobain liked their music (and, I'll be honest, I never would've heard of the band were it not for that). But they deserved the attention they got for their catalogue of utterly bizarre, psychedelic, folk-country-bluegrass-inspired rock and incredible twin harmonies of brothers Curt and Cris Kirkwood. Their first ten albums defined my high school experience, but this song still stands out as my favorite.
