Melody has had an amazing career so far with a tragic and uplifting backstory that only amplifies how incredible an artist she has become, nearly dying in a bike accident just over a decade ago. Philadelphia's own has some rather funky tunes on her brand new album, but this one is simply gorgeous old time balladry from another planet. Stellar stuff from a modern girl.
