25 Years of Jam continues: My #1 album of 2010 was Le Noise by Neil Young. This solo electric album—just him and the atmospheres created by Daniel Lanois's production—is an incredible document and, for my money, Young's best album since 1994's Sleeps with Angels. I take this song to be autobiographical. If you're one of the folks who's had enough with the sound realms of Lanois production, give this a shot. Sink into it and listen to the words. Young is going places on this album that he's never been before on record. Le Noise is his finest work of this century.   2
