Intruding upon another Jammer's discussion concerning Michael Gira's band Swans dourness I applauded his belief that Gira makes Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds look like Sha Na Na, a comparison which sounded so ridiculous but honestly, it also sounded quite true. You'd never find Michael Gira doing Babe I'm On Fire, but I'd bet that Jon "Bowser" Bauman wouldn't be out of place in this never-ending video. (Thanks goes out to @vomitsunami for making the comparison.)

The video is largely unnecessary, since the song is basically a Cole Porter-style list of crazy shit, and the video only illustrates it in the most literal way. Though I do love it when he sings, "The Christian apologist says it," and the shot is of him, looking straight-faced into the camera. Either way, this is fourteen minutes of FIRE.
