Top ten albums of 2013, #3: Nine Inch Nails, "Hesitation Marks". This album divided a lot of fans, especially those that were expecting The Downward Spiral Pt. II. Me? I absolutely loved it, and felt it was his best work since The Fragile. It's been one of my most played albums of the year from start to finish.
