SO GREAT. I came across it on a Northern Soul compilation and it's been on the iPod ever since...
This brooding number by Nolan or NF Porter as he's sometimes referred to was adopted by the Northern Soul crowd in the early/mid 70s, along with his best know song "Keep on Keeping On" and remains a firm favourite for me.
