Recorded in August 1962, on the first day Otis Redding set foot in the Stax studio. He was the driver for guitarist Johnny Jenkins and convinced the band to stick around and cut a couple songs after Jenkins's session.

The video, the song.. It's really just the perfect day.
Heard recently on the radio and it stands head and shoulders above the rest of the playlist. No videos easily found due to Warners blocks
