As a Texan, I'm partial to artists who boast Texas origins. 3 out of 5 members of this a capella group grew up together here in north Texas, not far in fact from where I myself grew up. The other two were discovered through mutual friends and internet connections. All five met for the first time the day before auditioning for The Sing Off on NBC television, and the rest is as they say history. Starting with early gregorian chants and ending with popular digital downloads, this medley takes one on a journey through centuries of man's (and woman's) love affair with sound. Note to other members of this site, if you're ever stuck for deciding which song to pick for your next jam, keep this one in mind. It covers a lot of ground.
