The original mix with slightly different lyrics and a wholly different more lo-fi mix, released on Bobcat records when Neil Tennant was still working for Smash Hits magazine. I like the other version but definitely prefer this. Less polish, more soul.

Never heard this version before! Vocals are (endearingly) dodgy.

It may sound sped up, but to me the hit feels slowed down.
