My son found out about We Will Rock You in gym at school, so we've been listening to this whole album a lot lately. When he first heard this song, he commented that it sounded a little like Devo. Later on, he asked why that was. I explained that at the time Queen not only felt threatened by bands like Devo, they wanted to show that not only could they rock like them, but also were making fun of them a little. This is what happens when you ask Daddy questions about music.

I have about two dozen Queen songs ping-ponging around in my head including this one.
Just listen to it. Better than any description I could give it.
