Ray Barretto's great latin jazz cover of Stevie Wonder's Pastime Paradise (also famously sampled for Coolio's Gangsta's Paradise (http://youtu.be/cpGbzYlnz7c) which spawned Weird Al's Amish Paradise parody (http://youtu.be/lOfZLb33uCg).
