#ABCsOfMe E: Recoil's "Bloodline" is one of those albums that is so much more important to me than anyone else. It was the first Depeche Mode related release since I had become a fan (which involved me discovering "Violator" last, but that's a different story) and I was sort of obsessed with it for a very long time. Maybe it's because my record collection was much smaller, but I know this album from back to front even though I don't love the whole thing. "Edge To Life" introduced me to Toni Halliday, has a great beat, backwards sounds, and has spoken samples in a language I don't understand. A winning combination.   1
