Ros Sereysothea was one of the brightest stars of Cambodian rock before the rise of the Khmer Rouge. Her tragic life included a ruined name after divorce from an abusive husband, a second forced marriage to one of Pol Pot's assistants in which she was abused again, and, rumor has it, eventually either being shot or sent to an agricultural camp worked to death.
