“From the forgotten America Is Dying Slowly AIDS awareness project, this song has one of my favorite CRAZY verses in it. Fat Joe jumps in with a Tales From The Crypt-esque first person story about getting infected with HIV on purpose by a girl. It includes the infamous Snopes dejected "Welcome to the world of AIDS" in lipstick on the mirror bit and it's actually kind of a good verse from, who at the time was, someone about to be overshadowed by his hype man. But my FAVORITE part is that after his story, as almost a quick PS, Fat Joe has to tell you that it's just a song and he doesn't actually have AIDS. Which would be like if at the end of World War Z Brad Pitt showed back up on screen to tell you he didn't really fight zombies. I always imagine that Fat Joe thought girls would really think he was HIV positive cause the song told them so. Anyway, Fat Joe has AIDS, pass it on.”
