When I was a teen I saw Santana in person at a street jam in East L.A. - I never forgot that day nor the music....Nothing like 60's music...
One of the greatest gigs of all time.

I was listening to Santana's Supernatural album. I believe it is his biggest seller in a long career. It has it's moments but I longed for something like this - it's just bursting with exuberance. They were all tripping because their drinks had been spiked and Carlos recalls he was hallucinating he was wrestling a snake. This is where they went from being an SF band to a worldwide hit.
