What I probably was listening to most this week...20 years ago. I actually should have posted this a couple of weeks ago but was traveling and forgot to do so -- so, making amends now. The Cover Girl album -- which also featured songs from The Police, Tom Waits, The Band, Steve Earle and Jimmy Webb among others -- remains a favorite of mine. I also had the pleasure of seeing Colvin perform these songs live during fall 1994 at Kansas City's Folly Theater. (Album released August 23, 1994)
