Just saw Slaid Cleaves in concert tonight. Good show! There is just something about his voice that gets me, and all his songs have so much charm and heart.
Maybe a native Texan would substitute 'even more than' for 'almost as much as'... Works for me.
I love you even more than I love Texas.
Had a front row seat to see Slaid in League City last month and this is Texas Independence month, so why not...
