Sometimes you have to pull out the old-but-important songs of your past to help get you out of your own head. This song just, I don't know, breathes. Beautiful. And that percussion...jeesh.
In honor of the 10th anniversary of the pilot episode of The O.C., here's a song from the first of the WONDERFUL soundtracks from the show (laugh all you want...you can't deny the soundtracks were awesome). It also happens to be one of my all-time favorite songs. Worth listening to all the way through for the sweet drum break.
I can't I missed this band the first time round. This song is brilliant.
